MARIO TARTAK

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Founder and Director of Crown Sports Management, Mario has quickly established himself as a key agent in sports marketing and player management. Making enormous strides in a short period of time, Mario founded the agency in 2013 and quickly cultivated it into one of the most regarded agencies in Australia. Managing elite first grade players and establishing partnerships with well renownd businesses, he has become a serious contender as one of the most in-demand player agents in rugby league.

Mario’s philosophy is built around the concept of family, establishing solid relationships and open communications with all his players, nurturing friendships that steam beyond the football field. Mario’s devotion to his players has seen him acquire some of Rugby League’s hottest and most promising talent seeking to further enhance their careers or replicate the successes of other players under his wings. It is because of his passion to make his players household names, and his genuine concern for their careers, that Mario and his extended team continue to flourish.

With a background in management, finance, sport and teaching, Mario boasts the necessary skills and networks to build solid relationships with players, clubs, media, sponsors and affiliated stakeholders of the game. Through his astute communication and business skills, Mario has the ability to seek and maximise marketing opportunities for his players that others could only dream of.

MICHAEL CINCOTTA

PLAYER AGENT

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in both sports management and marketing and has worked across the sporting industry over the past decade in sales, sports coaching, media and event management as well as marketing. He has vast management experience in the sporting club industry, working with the Canterbury Bulldogs and the Penrith Panthers as well as major sporting brands including ASICS. Michael had built an incredible network of contacts within these sporting environments.

Michael prides himself on being client focused to achieve optimal results by developing authentic relationships with his players, their families and other stakeholders. He is passionate in providing maximum opportunities for player growth through varied marketing opportunities as well as personal and professional development.

With strong business skills, Michael acts effectively in negotiating and managing the specific interests of his players to work towards achieving successful financial and career goals.

Michael’s strong contacts in the sporting industry and astute business acumen make him a highly valued and sought after player agent providing exceptional services to ensure the best outcomes for his client.

ROB ELCHAM

PLAYER AGENT

Rob is an accredited agent in both codes of rugby league and rugby union in the NRL & RUGBY AU.

Rob works throughout Australia and is also head of operations in New Zealand.

Rob has over 25 years of experience in rugby league going back from his early playing days through to his junior representative coaching years.

Rob is specific on player/athlete identification, recruitment and works extensively with player development, pathways and guidance to help them on their journey to reach their ultimate goals.
